I've lived in NC since 2007. In addition to a degree in education, I've had a lifetime career in healthcare finance. In my former leadership roles, I was able to advocate for and on behalf of people. Informally, I'm familiar with new construction, problematic residential issues and have the ability to see the potential in a property- It’s just in my DNA thanks to my dad and husband who are (were) both in construction. in addition, we lived in a 100 -year-old house, done complete gut jobs (yes down to the studs), renovations, and an addition on our own home. In 2020, I enrolled in Advantage Real Estate School for pre-licensing class. Upon passing my class, I went on to obtain my licensure from the State of North Carolina. I then completed post-licensing at Pan Real Estate School and my NAR certification thereby becoming a full broker. Most recently, I signed with Coldwell Banker Advantage, starting an exciting new chapter in my life!
